For current bids  please click the link below to reach the BRSA Bid Portal on the QuestCDN website. Click on an active bid for additional information. Contractors will be able to view bid packages free of charge, but will not be able to print or save the documents until they are downloaded.

To download a bid package, Contractors must be registered with a free  QuestCDN account. The QuestCDN account will require a credit card on file for downloading of bid packages. Bids are available for the amounts listed on each bid and Requests for Quotations are available free of charge. Downloading Bid and Quote packages will automatically register you as a Planholder for the project.

Planholders receive automatic notices of addendums and any other updates via QuestCDN. Contact QuestCDN Customer Support at 952-233-1632 or info@questcdn.com for assistance in membership registration or downloading digital request information.

Please note that the BRSA does not release bidder information for current Bids or Quotes.  QuestCDN will send notice to Planholders once a Bid or Quote has been awarded. 

To view bid results  please click on the "View Bid Results" tab on the QuestCDN website and choose a previous bid name for additional information.
